IMPROVEMENT OF MANAGEMENT POLITICS OF CURRENT ASSETS OF THE TRADING ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The need to improve the management policy of current assets of the enterprise is justified. Structural-logical scheme of policy management of current assets of a commercial enterprise are developed. Each stage of the structural-logical scheme is considered. The results of the assessment of the main indicators characterizing the efficiency of management of current assets of a commercial enterprise before and after optimization are presented.
