Abstract
The article considers the characteristic features of the state – corporate partnership. Analyzed the need of government’s partnership in the control system of SCE. The article offers improvement of organizational – economic providing of the state – corporate partnership in the implementation of the state target programs in the system of managing state corporate rights.
