Improvement of Supervision and Control over Compliance with Investigative Divisions of Ukrainian Law Enforcement Agencies.

Abstract
The article analyzes the current state of observance of legality by investigative units of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. The necessity of improving supervision and control in this area is substantiated. The measures to improve supervision and control over the lawfulness of investigation units of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine are proposed.
