IMPROVEMENT OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE ON THE EXAMPLE OF PJSC “UKRAINIAN RAILWAY”

Abstract
The article deals with the essence of organizational development, approaches in its interpretation. It is determined that in the modern unstable world, development is interpreted through the category of changes. The essence of the changes is highlighted and their life cycle is defined. The main elements of organizational change are considered. An algorithm for organizational change. The classification of organizational changes is given. The factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of organizational changes are listed. Effective techniques and methods for overcoming resistance to change by conservatives have been proposed. The successive stages of introducing changes in the enterprise have been identified The example of managing the organizational development of a railway transport enterprise (PJSC “Ukrainian Railway”) on the basis of organizational changes is considered.
