Improvement of the system of interaction between levels of enterprise management

Abstract
The article deals with the purposeful impact and coordination of the work of all units, based on the application of advanced management methods and the latest advances in scientific and technological progress. The need to make a decision also occurs when there are several possible options from which to choose the optimal one. The choice of the appropriate solution is based on a system of criteria. It is this criterion in the planning process of the enterprise is an alternative choice. Alternative options for future actions and means for their implementation are being developed and evaluated through comparative assessment, the best one is chosen. The decision-making process includes a rational choice. At the same time, the criteria for rationality of these or other variants of the plan may be the means for analysis from various branches of knowledge: technical, legal, social, and economic.
