IMPROVEMENT THE MANAGEMENT OF THE BANK’S REGULATOR CAPITAL – THE INDEX OF FINANCIAL SECURITY

Abstract
An important parameter that characterizes the financial security of the bank and the banking system as a whole is a regulatory capital, as the main purpose of regulatory capital is to ensure the appropriate level of financial security. At the rate of growth of regulatory capital may be affected by external and internal factors. The influence of the main factors in the growth rate of banks' regulatory capital, and hence on financial stability, namely inflation, GDP growth rate and the growth rate of NBU discount rate. Directions changes in factors influencing the growth rate of regulatory capital banks will help to improve regulatory capital management process to ensure the financial security of banks. The general trends in inflation, GDP growth and growth rate of NBU discount rate based on the construction of trend lines.
