Improving Control Mechanism at Routers in TCP/IP Network
Journal Title: EAI Endorsed Transactions on Context-aware Systems and Applications - Year 2014, Vol 1, Issue 1
Abstract
The existing control mechanisms at the network nodes have a good active and very effective at each local router, but they do not still strong enough to control nonlinear and dynamical behaviour of the network. Therefore, the control system requirements must be designed to be flexible to fully grasp the important status information of the variation and intelligent control methods to control network congestion in nonlinear network. To solve this problem, we propose a solution combined fuzzy reasoning with neural network control put on active queue management mechanisms at the network nodes

Recommendation with quantitative implication rules
Association rules based recommendation is one of approaches to develop recommendation systems. However, such systems just focus on binary dataset, whereas many datasets are in the quantitative form. There are many soluti...
8th EAI International Conference on Context-Aware Systems and Applications (ICCASA 2019) AND 5th EAI International Conference on Nature of Computation and Communication (ICTCC 2019)
The ICCASA and ICTCC 2019 conferences sponsored by EAI, Tien Giang University (TGU) and Nguyen Tat Thanh University (NTTU) are place for highly original ideas about how context-awareness and nature are going to shape net...
Human Object Detection based on Context Awareness in the Surroundings
Surveillance system has been applied in providing public security for many complex places like railway stations, bus stops, etc. In most cases, human object detection is an important task in surveillance system. In the c...
Context-aware approach for formal verification
The Context-aware approach has proven to be an effective technique for software model-checking verification. It focuses on the explicit modelling of environment as one or more contexts. In this area, specifying precise r...
Gestures Recognition from Sound Waves
We propose a new method to recognize gestures from sound waves. The main contribution of this paper is to recognize gestures based on the analysis of short-time Fourier transforms (STFT) using the Doppler effect to sense...
