Abstract
The article reveals the essence and content of the concept “management potential in the public service sphere”. On the basis of research studies of domestic scientists and official reporting by government agencies, areas for improving management capacity in the public service sector within the Twinning institutional development program are presented. Has been determined the relationship between the implemented measures for approximation to the acquis communautaire, which is one of the directions of the euro-globalization processes and reforms in Ukraine.
