Improving the program-based approaches to the recovery of the economies of the Eastern regions of Ukraine

Abstract
The State program of rehabilitation and peace building in Eastern Ukraine has been analyzed at the strategic component “Economic recovery”. The proposals on its improvements have been supplied. The necessity has been stressed on to consider the specific features of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, conditioned by its old-industrial development and increasing consequences of hybrid war.
