Improving the X-ray Diagnostics of Gonarthrosis

Abstract

We have examined the soft-tissue state and bone structure of the joint in osteoarthritis of the knee joint. The analysis was performed in 120 male and female patients with primary osteoarthritis of the knee joint. Digital X-ray and ultrasonographic semiotics of diseased joint has been studied. According to finfings we established the correlation between degenerative changes in the subchondral and changes in the meniscus, capsule, ligamentous apparatus, etc.
