IMPROVING WAYS OF MANAGERIAL DECISION MAKING THROUGH THE GROUP ELABORATION

Abstract

Evolutionary process of managerial decision making means a trend of development of collective ones. It is better to get involved much more employees in the process of decision making, However, It has the negative side as well. It is expressed in "group thinking”. This article offers some of the ways to eliminate the shortcomings.
