Abstract
The article is sanctified to the analysis of term "organs of lawand order" and essence of function of office of publicprosecutor from a supervision after these organs. Somequestions of maintenance of function of office of publicprosecutor are also put in order from organization andjudicial guidance to pre-trial investigations.
