Abstract
Endometrioid adenofibromas are uncommon, comprise 1% of ovar ian epithelial neoplasms, and 83% are unilateral. We report a case of endometrioid adenofibroma co-existing w ith poorly differentiated endometrioid adenocarcinoma of uterus in a 50 years old female.
