INCONSISTENCY OF INTERNET-TECHNOLOGIES INFLUENCE ON CULTURAL PROCESSES

Abstract
Internet is a means of quickly transmitting information on any cultural event, actions or events on a global scale, but there are phenomena and processes that blur the boundaries between verity and falsity, art and non-art, good and evil. Dionysian origin can start developing in the person – biological instincts, value-based nihilism, egoism and moral relativism, but an exquisite aesthetic taste can start forming. The Internet brings people closer to the masterpieces of world culture, at the same time, being a virtual extension of the “carnival of life” and mass culture, where the expanded space of information can be interpreted to infinity.
