INCREASE OF COMPETITIVENESS OF DAIRY PRODUCTS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines the trends in the development of the dairy industry. In addition, ways were developed to improve the competitiveness of products in order to retain their competitive advantages and maintain their positions in the modern market. The main directions of the formation of competitive production of dairy products should be the development and implementation of innovative production technologies, the introduction of quality management systems in milk processing plants, built in accordance with international standards.
