INCREASE OF EFFICIENCY OF ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT BY IMPROVING OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Abstract
The essence of the organizational structure of management and its importance for modern business are revealed in the work. The peculiarities of the evolution of organizational structures and the approaches to their classification are analyzed. The organizational structure of the management of the national enterprise JSC «U.P.E.K.» is investigated, its advantages and disadvantages are highlighted, recommendations for its improvement are substantiated.
