INCREASE OF INFORMATIVE SAFETY OF THE TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM OF THE STATE EMERGENCY SERVICE OF UKRAINE BY MONITORING OF INCIDENTS AND ESTIMATION OF RISKS OF REALIZATION OF THREATS SAFETY

Abstract

The purpose of work consists in the study of work of the modern systems of monitoring of in-cidents, development of system model of monitoring of incidents in the telecommunication sys-tem the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, study of tipologii of threats the informative sys-tems and estimations of risk realization of threats safety. In the article the analysis of the last re-searches is conducted in the field of priv in structural subdivisions of the State Emergency Ser-vice of Ukraine. Introduction in the telecommunication system of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine of the improved system of the monitoring looking is first offered after incidents with the calculation of marketability threats of safety of information. As a result of work of this system there will be determination of probability of incident, his documenting, choice of actions in rela-tion to a removal, choice in a database from the card of estimation of threats of safety of the tel-ecommunication systems of method of counteraction. Introduction of the system of monitoring of incidents in the telecommunication system of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine will allow to automatize and improve monitoring after incidents, that will promote the productivity of the system; will improve information for a management and reacting; exception of losses and im-proper account of incidents in the telecommunication system.
