Іncrease the productivity of hard-alloy tools for heavy machine tools by processing impulse magnetic field

Abstract

The work is devoted to the creation and implementation of a cutting tool made of carbide material with increased operational properties. The reinforced tool is reliable and durable. Increasing the efficiency of the cutting tool for cutting carbides for heavy machine tools is performed by processing pulsed magnetic field. It has been established that processing by a pulsed magnetic field contributes to the durability and durability of tool material during roughing cutting.
