Increasing Operational Efficiency Through the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Method in the Online Market

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and develop strategies to increase operational efficiency in the Inari Tara business. In the current era of globalization and digitalization, MSMEs face significant challenges in increasing their competitiveness. Operational efficiency is one of the key factors that can support business sustainability and growth. Through a case study approach, this research explores various methods and tools that Inari Tara can use to improve their operational efficiency. The research results show that the application of digital technology, improved supply chain management, and human resource development play an important role in achieving higher operational efficiency. This research provides practical recommendations for Inari Tara to adopt these strategies to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of their business.
