INDICATORS OF THE NEUROLOGICAL STATUS OF COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT IN POSTTRAUMATIC ENCEPHALOPATHY IN CHILDREN

Abstract

The article presents the results of a survey of 46 children aged 7 to 18 years with a diagnosis of post-traumatic encephalopathy. The examination and assessment of the neurological status were carried out according to a generally accepted method. To determine the severity of the headache, a visual analog scale (VAS) was used, the study of cognitive function was carried out according to the Schulte table and the Luria test. All patients underwent routine EEG, and 20 patients underwent MRI
