INDIVIDUAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS

Abstract
Inclusion, as a process of enrolling of children with disability in regular schools, demands obligation for adequate preparing regular schools, teachers, pupils and their parents for accepting those children. It, also, means that special services must be prepared to help teachers and children with disability too, in an adequate way. The first and most important step is developing of Individualized education programs (IEP). The purpose of IEP is to provide a disabled child with specialized or individualized assistance in school. In order an IEP to be developed for a child, it is necessary to evaluate a child, and than to determine goals of individual achievements for every pupil with disability. The aim of this paper is to show one of many ways for construction IEP. The paper will give some examples of IEP recommendation (general and special), goals and steps to determine programs and types of services.
