INDIVIDUAL PLAN OF DEVELOPMENT OF GENERAL COMPETENCIES OF APPLICANTS OF THE THIRD EDUCATIONAL-SCIENTIFIC LEVEL OF HIGHER EDUCATION: EUROPEAN TENDENCIES

Abstract
The article presents an individual plan for developing the general competencies of the applicants of the third (educational-scientific) level of higher education. The list of general competencies, which are formed at the applicants of the third educational-scientific level of higher education during studying on the doctoral pro- gram, is described. The modern methods of development of general competencies of the applicants of the third (educational-scientific) level of higher education in the context of ensuring the quality of doctor’s education: coaching technologies, individual and group psychotherapy are analyzed.
