INDIVIDUALS AND LEGAL ENTITIES: EXPLOITATION UNDERSTAND

Abstract
In the article results of researches in the field of definition of essence and principles of activity of physical and legal bodies are stated. Questions of functioning of various organizational-legal forms of the enterprises in market economy are considered: individual, or private business; partnership, or partnership; corporation (joint stock company). The characteristics, basic similarities and differences in functioning between physical and legal persons are analyzed.
