Abstract
The effect of multiple γ-irradiation of seeds of varieties of regional and foreign selection of tomatoes on the process that accelerates the synthesis of multi-marker mutant forms ware studied. The proposed path significantly reduces the time for the synthesis of mutant forms with a set of multi-marker genes compared to the classical method. This requires an increase in the number of marker genes in plants of mutant lines. In the future, multicomponent hybridization should be conduct, as well as an assessment of the expression of marker genes in plants of the offspring F1.
