INFLUENCE DE PARAMETRES REACTIONNELS SUR LA CHLORATION DE LA PHENYLALANINE EN PRESENCE D’EAUX MINERALISEES

Abstract
L’objectif de notre travail est d’étudier la réactivité du chlore vis-à -vis d’un acide aminé aromatique, la phénylalanine, dans des milieux de minéralisation variable (eau distillée et eaux souterraines de la région de Biskra). Les essais de chloration de la phénylalanine ont été menés pour différents taux et temps de chloration. La réaction chlore/phénylalanine en solutions synthétiques est appréhendée par le suivi des consommations en chlore. Les résultats obtenus ont montré que la phénylalanine reste réactive vis-à -vis du chlore quelle que soit la minéralisation du milieu. Toutefois, les essais ont mis en évidence la complexité des mécanismes de chloration en présence de sels minéraux réactifs vis-à -vis du chlore.
