Autism disorder is one of pervasive developmental disorders, characterized by the developmental disorder in social and communicative skills, abnormalities in language development, and limitations in behaviors and interests. The recent research works show an increasing rate of autism prevalence. This research primary aim is to investigate the training effect of behavior analysis on speech, motor and self-help skills of autistic children. The research method was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design and two independent groups. The research statistical population consisting of 30 autistic children in Rasht, was placed into two independent groups with 15 children to be tested. Considering the results from the training effectiveness of the three speech, motor and self-help skills given to the autistic children, the following findings emerged. The mean of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group on all three speech, motor and self-help skills. Therefore, it can be concluded that the behavior analysis training technique is not only effective, but its quality is also significantly superior to the other techniques.
