INFLUENCE OF DISCRETIZATION PARAMETERS ON THE OBJECTS OF DIGITAL IMAGE MEASUREMENT UNCERTAINTY

Abstract
In the article results of measurement uncertainty analysis of selected features of digital image object were shown. Boarder values of interval discretization parameter were determined, and on that basis uncertainty ranges were defined. Function of the random variable density distribution and selected uncertainty estimators of image objects measurement were presented.
