Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence, the locus of control, organizational commitment to organizational performance simultaneously and partially. The study was conducted on the organization of PT.Bhinneka MentariDimensi. The sampling technique using random samples involving 84 employees in all parts of the organization. Analysis of data using path analysis. Based on data analysis found that the variable of emotional intelligence, the locus of control and organizational commitment influence on organizational performance simultaneously and partially.
