Influence of judicial reform on information and communication security of access to justice

Abstract
The article considers the peculiarities of information and communication ensuring the accessibility of justice in the light of strategic documents and recent changes in normative acts regulating judicial and legal relations and determining the effectiveness of access to justice. It is proved that at the present stage of judicial reform unjustifiably rejected communicative and legal approach to providing access to justice.
