INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES OF EMPLOYEES

Abstract
This article presents the role and impact of emloyee’s motivation on stimulating innovation in the process of work. Meaning of the term „motivation” is specified from the point of view of work psychology, and influence of motivation on the development of innovative behavior of employees is discussed. Besides that are also discussed problems of financial and non-financial motivation in development of innovation.
