Influence on positioning preciseness existent at deviations of structural elements of rolamite type mechanisms

Abstract
The classification of the main deviations in the rolamite type mechanisms (RTM) is given. The factors, influencing on kinematical accuracy RTM, are errors of manufacturing of elements and sliding of RTM elements owing to imperfection of geometrical and elastic connections in RTM. It is noted that exists geometrical and springy sliding in the rolamite type mechanisms, discussed the reasons of their occurrences. It is considered theoretically and described by the equations the influence of deviations from roundness of rollers on accuracy of positioning RTM. The reasons of beat of axes of RTM rollers are discussed.
