Influența curentelor religioase asupra incriminării avortului

Abstract
In this article, we propose to analyze the role of religious movements on the criminalization of abortion, as well as the exposure of the views on this phenomenon. The view of religious currents on intolerance and serious punishment on abortion acts has greatly influenced criminal law in all European countries. Thus, due to the influence of religions, many states, in several criminal laws, included the death penalty included for the act of interruption of the pregnancy and the infanticide that considered them vehemently as acts of murder.
