ИНФОРМАЦИОННО-КОММУНИКАЦИОННЫЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ КАК СРЕДСТВО ПОВЫШЕНИЯ КАЧЕСТВА ОБУЧЕНИЯ И ВОСПИТАНИЯ ДОШКОЛЬНИКОВ

Abstract

Scientific - technical process dictates new demands about contents and organization of educational process. You of informational and communicational technologies are conditioned with social need for increasing the cuality of education and upbringing of the preschool children. Informational - communicational technologies on the target stage of social development touches firs of all, the system of preschool children's education as an initial level of children's potencial abilities disclosure. Informational - cummunicational technologies suppose new methods, forms, means that teachers use during the lessons, which focus on the child’s personality for developing his psychie, physical and creative abilities. The article addresses the usage of information-communication technologies in the system of education and upbringing of preschool children. The questions, issues and problems of the usage of information-communication technologies by the preschool teachers for improving the quality of the education and upbringing of the preschool children are discussed.
