Journal Title: International Journal of Engineering and Science Invention - Year 2018, Vol 7, Issue 8

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide a general approach of the state of the digital divide in Costa Rica, exploring the current situation and considering reports of the government institutions involved, giving emphasis to the definition of digital divide.
