Information and communication technologies in the management of social and cultural enterprises in the rural areas of Ukraine

Abstract
The subject of the research is the methodological aspects of the impact of information and communication technologies on the management of enterprises in the socio–cultural sphere of the rural territories of Ukraine. The aim of the research is to improve the management system of enterprises in the socio–cultural sphere of the rural territories of Ukraine through the use of advanced information and communication technologies. Methods of research. The work uses general scientific and special methods: historical analysis, comparative analysis; grouping and focusing; analysis and synthesis; analytical; systemic; statistical and economic and forecast analysis. The results of the work. The article discusses modern information and communication technologies and their impact on the management of commercial organizations. The implementation of the most optimal information and communication technologies for their implementation in the socio–cultural sphere of the rural territories of Ukraine, especially when optimizing the management functions of enterprises in the socio–cultural sphere, is substantiated. The field of application of results. Information and communication technologies in the socio–economic environment of the rural areas of Ukraine, digital economy and socio–cultural management based on information and communication technologies using the mechanisms of sustainable development of rural regions of Ukraine. Conclusions. Information and communication technologies change not only the methods and forms of management and economic activity, but also provide unique opportunities for increasing labor productivity, monitoring and analyzing the external and internal environment; in addition, improve the quality of management and controlling in the enterprise
