Іnformation and educational environment creation in vocational education and training institutions of service sphere

Abstract
The results of the research and experimental work of Ukrainian level “Creating the information and educational environment in vocational education and training institution of trade and food technologies” based on the State Education Institution “Odessa Higher Vocational School of Trade and Food Technologies” are enlightened in the article.The essence of the concept “information and educational environment” (hereinafter – IEE) in vocational education and training institutions is defined; the IEE model is described; the organizational and pedagogical conditions of IEE usage are determined. In the structure of open information and educational environment are presented: content library, teaching materials database, reference retrieval system, electronic educational resources for general and special disciplines, depositary, electronic encyclopedias and reference books, repository, teacher’s personal IEE constructor, distance learning system, socio-economic electronic educational resources, electronic educational resources for managing, other modules, introduction of which are scientifically, methodically and didactically grounded.Common IEE combines a wide range of training software, networking technologies (e-mail, forums, software of collective use, chats, video conferencing, audio and video recording) and a wide range of leaning tools based on web-technologies using. The peculiarities of VET institution teaching staff preparing to create electronic training aids are characterized. The results of IEE adaptation to the peculiarities of educational process organization in VET institution of trade and restaurant industry sphere, which was made during the experiment, are shown.
