Information mechanism of public anti-crisis management of emergency situations in Ukraine

Abstract
The article explores the theoretical issues of ways to improve the information mechanism of public crisis management of emergencies in Ukraine. Categories and public relations in the field of civil protection management are disclosed, in particular, the theoretical achievements and views of scientists on the state and goals of the civil protection management system in Ukraine in the event of emergencies are investigated. The purpose of the article is to interpret the categories of «information mechanism» and «public crisis management» as separate management categories, the definition of which is related to the use of modern mechanisms and methods (tools) of public administration in the country. Investigate the latest theoretical studies on the formation of effective public relations in the field of application of the information mechanism of public administration of risks of emergencies under the conditions of reforming of the whole national administrative system, in particular in the field of civil protection. Scientific novelty. The paper investigates theoretical issues of management process in the field of civil protection and ways of improving the information mechanism of public emergency risk management. Conclusions. The paper substantiates the scientific provisions on the improvement of the use in public administration in the field of civil protection of the mechanisms of public administration, which are still at an early stage. In the theoretical context, the science of public administration requires the disclosure of social relations and the specification of categories in the field of civil protection management, in particular in the event of hostilities in the territory of the state.
