Information provision of proceedings in cases of administrative violations, which are being implemented by law enforcement agencies

Abstract
The article deals with the content, features and procedure for the formation of information support in cases on administrative violations by law enforcement bodies. The content of the information support of proceedings in cases of administrative violations was determined. The powers of law enforcement bodies were analyzed and those that are implemented in the field of information support of proceedings in cases of administrative violations were identified. The procedure of information support formation in cases of administrative violations was determined. Proposals on improving the information provision of the mentioned proceedings in the activity of law enforcement bodies were given.
