INFORMATION SUPPORT ANTI-CORRUPTION IN THE ACTIVITY OF FISCAL STATE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Some aspects of information support for combating corruption in the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine disclosed in this scientific article. Imperfect information support for combating corruption is one of the most important factors in a complex situation with corruption in Ukraine. Corruption investigated as a crime category. National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Agency for prevention of corruption, internal affairs agencies, prosecutors, anti-corruption prosecutor’s office, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Prevention and Combating Corruption, Department of Internal Security of the State fiscal service of Ukraine, Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, public organizations whose activities are defined as anti-corruption focus subjects combating corruption in the State fiscal service. Author examines the main stages of combating corruption aforementioned subjects. We have analyzed the activities of the Main Department of Internal Security of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine on preventing and combating corruption in the service, and the influence of information support for these activities. The author provided the definition of information support for combating corruption in the STS Ukraine, which refers to the automated system of data and methods of treatment that allow to detect the real state of corruption in the bodies of DFS Ukraine, and to identify the causes and conditions conducive to the manifestation of the negative effects of to determine its trends for effective implementation of the necessary measures to prevent or counteract it. It revealed important information support for combating corruption in the STS and Ukraine are ways to use it and analyzed the information requirements that came about corruption offense, namely the reliability of information on potential threats and corruption, necessity and sufficiency of its scope, timeliness and transmission performance. The author shows the role of information security in subjects who oppose corruption in the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. Was determined that purpose of information support against corruption in the activities of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine is a comprehensive information support of units of the service aimed at the prevention of corruption offenses based on complex organizational, legal, technical, program and other activities.
