INFORMATION SUPPORT OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BY THE TECHNOGENIC RISK

Abstract

The article considers methods for solving scientific and practical problems of the use of in-formation technology to manage the risk of objects of major hazard. The subject of the study are models, methods and information technologies of creation and functioning of the automated decision support systems in the field of risk management the tech-nological objects. The aim is to develop the scientific and technical bases, methods and information support for the adoption of technologies in the field of technological security solutions. The theoretical basis of the robots are methods of system analysis, decision theory, optimi-zation methods, probability theory, the theory of fuzzy sets. To implement the task of creating automated systems for decision support in the field of risk management been used methods of multivariate modeling. For a software implementation of the developed models, methods and algorithms was to apply the theory of relational databases, object-oriented programming. The first time posed and solved a scientific problem of complex analysis and decision-making in the management of technological risks through the use of information technology, an acceptable level of risk of man-made search techniques on the production and state levels. Were implemented methods of multi-parameter optimization. The developed system allows the use of mathematical and software support systems for strategic decision-making for the sus-tainable development of society; It formed a new base level of the theoretical foundations of the security of high-risk control by automating the basic methods of data collection and analysis, de-termining the parameters and criteria for the adoption of an acceptable level of risk and obtain-ing integrated security for the industry, which will objectify and make transparent the process of settlement of disputes between the public and industrialists. The proposed methods, algorithms, software and hardware are universal in the subject area, provide comprehensive solutions contribute to the validity of the decision-making in matters of technological safety.
