INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN AVIATION AND ROCKETRY

Abstract

The "information economy" characterized by one single information space, based on the information infrastructure will dominate in the information society. Due to the inherent globality of space and aviation systems, they are the adequate tools for creating technical base of the information infrastructure. Space setting production must typically meet the highest requirement in terms of reliability and resource products, their useful service life, weight and other characteristics. As a result, aviation industry and the RCP need to carry out innovative activity in the development of new breakthrough technologies and continuously improve their products in order to be competitive. Therefore, the principle of continuous innovation and investment is called the key principle. State regulation of innovative development of aircraft and RCP is the activity dealing with the state functions realization carried out by using the appropriate tools. The main task of the state in regulating the innovative development of aviation industry and the RCP is to ensure efficiency, rationality, law and financial discipline in the formation, distribution, possession and use of assets aimed at promoting scientific and technological progress in the field of construction. Thus, providing a stable, efficient operation and system construction due to innovation deals with the creating and implementing the comprehensive mechanism that can consider, coordinate and harmonize the structural elements of the construction industry. The regulatory mechanism can be created and implemented by the state.
