INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MODELING OF ECONOMIC STABILITY ENTERPRISE WITH AN UNCERTAIN SOURCE DATA

Abstract
In modern conditions it become increasingly popular the questions related to the sustainable development of enterprises to improve their competitiveness. That is why the modeling of economic stability of the enterprises and the formation procedure of information flows interaction is the actual direction of the study. The purpose of this study is to elaborate a method to assess the level of economic stability and to take effective management decisions aimed to ensuring an adequate level of economic stability. It is determined that the economic stability of the enterprise is a special system status where the reaction is carried out, adapting to change, negatively influencing factors on the activity of the enterprise. It is as well as to overcome them by making management decisions with regard to the conservation performance parameters. It is found that widespread acquired methods for estimating of economic stability by means of integral indicators, are resulting in a model of estimating the economic sustainability of the enterprise, which has formalized the device selection and evaluation factors. The developed model is presented in the form of interval considering the impact of uncertainty in the data. In order to manage the processes associated with the support of the requisite level of economic stability of the enterprise there has been developed a procedure of interaction of information flows, models and tools for assessment and management of the economic stability of the enterprise in the face of uncertainty, which is in contrast to the existing based on mathematical methods modeling of the level of economic stability of the enterprise, the interval operations and methods of risk assessment. It makes possible to manage them, and to develop and implement effective management solutions for the enterprise to adapt to these changes.
