Informational and analytical support for consumer credit decision-making process

Abstract

In the article, consumer lending development trends, problems and prospects of the consumer lending development in Ukraine are analyzed. It was revealed that the main problem of consumer lending is the lack of repayment of loans by clients, which leads to weakening of the banking infrastructure. The stages, conditions, problematic aspects in the process of organization and provision of bank consumer loans are considered. The complex approach to the estimation of the processes of interaction of the commercial bank and the trading network in the process of providing consumer loans is proposed. The simulation model for information and analytical support of the decision-making process in the process of providing consumer loans has been developed. It allows to evaluate and analyze the activities of the bank and the trading network, to predict the flow of consumer loans, the client base, incomes and expenses of both the bank and the retail network from providing consumer credits.
