Abstract
The article investigates the theoretical and methodological positions within the foundation of the informational-syntanalitical service of management activity by syntanalitical identifying problems and economic situations. It is determined that management is a complex intellectual and creative process explaining the essence, dynamics and potential of a controlled object in order to bring it to the desired condition. The main informative sources used for decision-making are established. It is specified that they serve as statistical observations, accounting and various off-classified data. It is proved that the low effectiveness of management decisions id frequently associated with untimely providing information to individuals, who make decisions with poor quality of data, ignoring queries from both internal and external users. The reasons of unsatisfactory providing necessary information are detailed. It is determined that one of the main reasons is the lack of personal responsibility for the preparation and sharing it to users, therefore, lately, scientists and practitioners pay more attention to changing the preparation organization and sharing the management information by creating the system of informational-syntanalitical management service. The definitive genesis of the service is considered as well as the substantiation of its content in the works of various scientists. The attention is focused on the informational-syntanalitical service, because it originates from the service activity, which is a scientific and practical discipline. The practical forms of improving the accounting-informative mapping the economic basis of the viability of the society by using informational-syntanalitical identification of problems and management situations are developed. It is generalized that the criterion of the proper accounting-informative mapping and the deep knowledge of processes and situations is the successful development of the controlled object, which is provided by the balance of all the system elements (conditions, resources, technologies), which is reached during their analysis and synthesis, i.e. the development can be considered as the information model of multi-stencil management of the controlled object.
