INFORMATIVE CULTURE AND FORMING OF «MAN INFORMATIV

Abstract
It is underlined in the article, that information always influenced as on forming of personality, her world view, stereotypes of behavior, degree of public activity and general culture, so on functioning of different task forces and society on the whole. It is shown that one of links, that unites all public system, a man, that at the same time comes forward both as a subject and object of social interests, necessities and spirituallymoral values, ideals, persuasions and aspirations, is. Direct-coupled with an informative sphere moral values substantially influence on behavior and activity of man, form all system her individually-public relations. Exactly a man as the greatest social value accumulates in the basic forms of the vital functions and informatively fixes intercommunication material and spiritual, representing life as objective reality in an integral kind, where her interdependent interests, moral values, ideals, her culture, religious tastes and subjective understanding of sense of life, appear inwardly. Society becomes a that universal materially-spiritual sphere in that personality will realize itself integrally. Forming of new man – «man informative» – it one of base descriptions of informative society. It is underlined that in this description especially important and meaningful is that there must be personality in the conditions of informatization. In the conditions of development of informatization each of the dialectical associate beginning of man: physical, psychical and social, requires the special taking into account, as only in this case Grounded, that informative society as society of new type new possibilities of informative society can be to a full degree used for development of man, has a row of features in comparing to the previous types of societies. There is a sharp increase of amount of informative streams and technical equipment, that not only provides circulation of information in society but also provides viability of informative society, finds out new problems and difficulties in cooperation of different task forces. Social communications and social co-operation on the whole take place now on the other, than twenty or thirty years back. In the different spheres of human activity there are processes of integration, that cause the process of globalization. The single global of communication system that provides humanity the large volumes of accessible information appears. Changes in the field of a production, in a cultural environment, in a language environment cause a change in the models of behavior of man. And these models must be intelligent and accepted by a man foremost at cultural level. It is shown that today position of man in society did not decrease the value of knowledge in life of man, and vice versa, increased, as position in society is in a great deal determined by a capacity for treatment of information. All, that a man has now, she is under an obligation to ability to perceive and process information. As far as a man is able and owns by skills of receipt, treatment and use of information, can say the level of her informative culture. On forming of lifestyle and standards of behavior of modern man, foremost the order of communicative co-operations and changes of them influences social-psychological forms in the conditions of development of the informatively-technical world to assert that activity and personality, going near the concept of informative culture of personality does not conflict with each other, and mutually enrich each other. An interlink between them is work. For an origin and realization of creative activity it is necessary to form a capacity for such activity, that envisages education of creative style of thinking, the presence of that distinguishes an informatively-cultural man, in turn. It will be that a man in informative society yields to influences of processes of informatization and changes force-feed information technologies. Modern technologies, joining in the environment of public relations, become the important factor of social transformations, thus, their influence on a man often enough has the brightly expressed negative character. A thesis is grounded, that the standard of culture of modern man is determined him by an informative culture, and the informative culture of personality, as a culture in general, represents active creative activity of man and, thus, development of man, as a subject of this activity. As speech goes about a culture informative, activity of man means directly related to information. An informative culture envisages not only certain knowledge but also certain addition of these knowledge for anything, in connection with anything, and perfection of them in the process of that or other activity, including the activity related to information.
