Informatization of the process of managerial decision-making by small enterprises

Abstract

The subject of research is the computerization of management decision-making by small enterprises; the purpose of the article is to find optimal ways of informatization management decision-making by small enterprises. Methods that were used during the study. The methodological basis of the study was chosen systematic approach that was used in the investigation of general theoretical foundations of informatization of the management process and justification of the practical ways of its improvement. In addition, the methods of logical analysis, induction and deduction were applied to select the most appropriate types of information systems and their application in the process of management decision-making by small enterprises. The results: the authors discover the meaning of the process of informatization management decision-making by small enterprises. The also analyzed the features of the most appropriate computer information management systems. The optimal type of modern information systems for the informatization of management decision-making by small enterprises was isolated. Using this type of modern information systems will allow the enterprises to operate in accordance with modern requirements and to maintain or increase their level of competitiveness. Areas of results implementation: the organization and carrying out research on the introduction of modern information technologies in the management of small enterprises. Conclusions: Using the systems with artificial intelligence in decision-making is the best option of the process of informatization of small enterprises. Implementation of systems with artificial intelligence in the process of management decision-making by small enterprises should be the appropriate response of management of these enterprises to the world development trend of management skills. Ignoring these trends or at least attempt to use less modern technologies in management decision-making can significantly reduce the competitiveness of enterprises. Moreover, it can cast doubt on the fact of their viability.
