Abstract
This article studies characteristics of Puerta de Caravaca (Gate of Caravaca), which made up of the ancient fortress of Cehegín. When this article was written, this gate was surviving terribly. Each part of The gate is described in detail and how was built. Moreover, this text add medieval textual information to try to contextualize the monument.
