Infrastructural Ensuring the Export-Oriented Activity in the Agrarian Sector

Abstract
Objectives of the article is studying the functional specifications of infrastructure of the export-oriented activities of the agrarian sector and formation of the conceptual principles of modernization of the corresponding structural element of the national economy. The main components of both the market and the product infrastructure, status and the future directions of development are analyzed. The functional characteristics of infrastructure have been identified in the context of the export-oriented activities, the unprofitable and specialized centers for promoting exports in the agrarian sector have been systematized, the main problematic aspects of functioning of the producers-exporters have been determined through the prism of an inappropriate level of infrastructure development. The main principles of formation and development of the contemporary infrastructure to ensure activities of the export-oriented agrarian sector have been characterized, among which are: enhancing the trade exchange activities, modernization of the logistics networks, ensuring the development of agrarian servicing cooperatives, development of a national certification system, etc.
