Initial-boundary value problems for nonlinear parabolic equations with the variable exponents of nonlinearity and integral operators type Volterra
Journal Title: Дослідження в математиці і механіці - Year 2016, Vol 21, Issue 2
Abstract
Initial-boundary value problems for nonlinear Volterra integro-differential equations with the variable exponents of nonlinearity are investigated. Weak solutions which belong to the generalized Sobolev and Lebesgue spaces are considered. Under certain conditions on data-in the uniqueness and existence of the solutions are proved. Also estimates of the solutions are obtained.

THE CRITERION FOR SOLVABILITY OF A LINEAR NOETHER’S BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM FOR A SYSTEM OF DYNAMICAL EQUATIONS ON A TIME SCALE
On a time scale, the linear Noether’s boundary value problem for a system of second-order dynamical equations is considered. This boundary-value problem is considered in the case when the operator of the linear part is i...
About the quasiareal infinitesimal deformation of catenoid
In this paper we considered the quasiareal infinitesimal deformation of catenoid under which the deviation from the tangent plane is preserved in all directions.
Optimal braking the rotation of rigid body in a resistant medium
Researched the problem of the optimal by time braking rotation of a rigid body under the action of a control torque with unequal coefficients. In addition, braking torque of viscous friction forces acts on a rigid body....
AN ITERATIVE ALGORITHM FOR CALCULATION OF EIGENVALUES AND EIGENFUNCTIONS OF THE STURM--LIOUVILLE PROBLEM
An iterative algorithm for computing the i-th eigenvalue (e. v.) and the corresponding eigenfunction (e. f.) of the Sturm--Liouville problem on a finite interval is proposed. The algorithm uses the well-known asymptotic...
Influence of flexible coating on limit equilibrium of cylindrical shell with cracks along a generatrix
Elastic and limit equilibrium of tensioned shallow cylindrical shell weakened by two through the thickness longitudinal cracks and enhanced by coating on one of the face surfaces is studied in the two-dimensional formula...
