INITIATION OF PROCEDURAL ACTIONS AS ONE OF THE FORMS OF PARTICIPATION OF THE PARTY OF PROTECTION IN PROVING DURING PRE-TRIAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article analyzes the issues of implementing the institution of initiation of procedural actions at the stage of pre-trial investigation by the defense. The main principles and directions of the defender's activity on the procedure for applying to the bodies of pre-trial investigation for conducting investigative actions are given. Attention is paid to the status of the lawyer's application by filing a petition, which is the direct form of participation of the defense in criminal procedural proof.
